di sini semuanya bermula kisah aku dan mereka kisah aku yang baru mahu mengenal erti kehidupan kisah mereka yang sebelum ini tak pernah ku kenali kisah tentang kami  yang baru mahu mengenal dunia kerjaya kisah ini penuh coretan kisah ini penuh calitan warna warni kehidupan jujur kali pertama saat mata melihat papan tanda mengalukan kehadiran ku ke tempat ini hati terasa laju detaknya diri seolah dalam mimpi lidah kelu tanpa bicara akal tak dapat membayangkan apa yang bakal kulalui namun syukur  aku sering dirahmati YANG ESA kehadiran mereka membuang gundahku kehadiran mereka menceriakan hidupke kehadiran mereka mengajar aku tentang banyak perkara kehadiran mereka juga banyak menyedarkan aku tentang banyak perkara jujur aku akui kisah aku dan mereka sangat bermakna dalam epilog hidupku mereka mengajar aku untuk syukur tentang segala yang kita ada mereka mengajar aku untuk cuba menerima keadaan yang kita lalui dari mereka

From the cooperative learning activity, I learnt that as a engineer, we must inform the public or client about the project or product truthfully without hiding anything. Code of Professional Conduct state that a registered engineer shall issue public statements only in an objective and truthful manner. If not, our ignorant action will cause a negative effect to public or our client. As an example, we can refer to DC 10 Cargo Door case. This engineering failure caused a crash that killed all 346 people onboard. All 346 people had died just because the cargo had its door blown off at 10 000 feet. This disaster can be prevent if the responsible engineer inform about the serious design flaws at cargo door to the public or report it to the government. Even the engineers pressed the matter through normal channel to the highest level within both companies, but did not take it any further. At first, when I had been asked about what is the real meaning of industrial engineering, I can not pointed out even a single words. But, after I watched this video and read some materials , I have some understanding about industrial engineering. Industrial engineering include solving enggineering problems, gathering data process and also dealing with management problem.Industrial engineer apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. They also need to draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer. Industrial engineer must c ommunicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
